Low-fermentation golden-yellow beer,
the German hops release a fine and intense aroma, although the bitterness is pronounced and 'characterized by a pleasant roundness and has a certain persistence even after drinking.
A light dry hopping (hops in the cold) of noble German hops gives pleasant floral and herbaceous aromas. Abundant foam with very fine perlage.
